With over 200 Learning Teams led for a range of issues including safety, quality, and legal events, Bob, in collaboration with Todd Conklin, has refined the process of facilitating Learning Teams, making significant strides in operational improvement and safety practices.

Holding a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University and an MS degree in Advanced Safety Engineering Management from the University of Alabama Birmingham, Bob's academic achievements mirror his professional dedication to advancing safety and organizational learning.
