So 1 of the first things that we're taught in behavior analysis, so my undergraduate, master's and PhD is all in behavior analysis applied to systems and safety and leadership and training. Just stop for a minute and understand what's going on because if not, you know, this is safety. If you just go trial and error, you're literally dealing with lives.
